Before completing his degree in Architecture at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, Perez Then was already collaborating with various prestigious Dominican architecture firms. His restlessness, curiosity and passion for Architecture further motivated him to develop a professionally artistic background, inspired by avant-garde techniques of Modern Architecture pioneers, such as Le Corbusier.
The expertise gained by Danilo Perez Then provided him with an effective pragmatism and performance enhancement that motivated him to actively participate in other aspects of the project until he became a builder, thanks to a thoughtful and meticulous training in Construction Management and an MBA on Stock Market and Commercial Management and his already distinctive architectural style, endowed his creations with an extra added value in terms of quality and on-time delivery, building a solid reputation with his clients in terms of trust and commitment to each project.
TEKTON is the embodiment of Danilo Pérez Then’s experience over the past 30 years, and the representation of architectural talent and building passion.
